DBT SKILLS GROUP

Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills give you tools to more effectively regulate emotions, navigate interpersonal conflict, and cope with crisis urges including substance use, disordered eating, self harm and/or suicidal thoughts and behaviors.

When & Where:  The group will be held on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 7:30 pm via Zoom

Who can attend? Individuals 18 and older are currently being screened for this group program.

How much does DBT skills training cost?   Skills group is divided up into 3 modules (each module includes Core Mindfulness).  Payment is due at the beginning of each module and is private pay.  Insurance will not be billed.  Credit or debit cards are accepted with a $25 processing fee for each charge.  If paying by check, make payable to Jenna Melman.
